Prior to the installation of a “fully integrated”
system (or systems) iSoft tests and makes certain that all
required features and functions are operational. At the
conclusion of each installation, we send a “rating
sheet” to each one of our clients asking for both
positive and negative feed back. iSoft uses those results
to make appropriate procedural changes.
